CNN’s Don Lemon went on a bizarre rant Sunday night accusing President Donald Trump of possessing a severe aversion to his predecessor because Michelle Obama is seemingly prettier and more accomplished than First Lady Melania Trump.
“What is it about President Obama that basically gets under your skin?” Lemon asked rhetorically to begin his creepy monologue crammed with awkward silences.
Is it because he’s smarter than you? Better educated? Made it on his own? Didn’t need daddy’s help? Wife is more accomplished, better looking? I don’t know, what’s it? what’s it about him? That he’s a Black man that’s accomplished, became president, that he punked you on the entire certificate thing. what’s it about him? Just wondering.Melania is that the only first lady in almost 200 years to change state outside of the us , and she or he is that the only first lady whose mother tongue wasn’t English. When she began modeling in Europe within the 1980s, she learned to talk five different languages, making her the foremost linguistically gifted first lady in American history.
This isn’t the primary time mainstream reporters who masquerade as objective journalists have dogged fashion-model-turned-First Lady Melania’s looks while offering gushing praise of Michelle Obama’s fashion choices.
In December, the Trump-resistance Washington Post offered a lukewarm compliment of the White House Christmas decorations only to dedicate a whole page to trashing the primary lady’s wardrobe choices which happened to match last year’s theme.
“Melania Trump’s Christmas decorations are lovely, but that coat looks ridiculous,” Post fashion critic Robin Givhan titled her happy holiday piece. Givhan chastised Melania Trump’s outfit as “cold” and “dismissive” albeit the scandalous white coat which has become the primary lady’s signature look performed in perfect harmony with the decoration theme “Spirit of America” where white is that the primary color.
A look back to Lemon’s past reporting shows a journalist who is simply as serious:
